What if the landlord wants to approve the work first?

You can require landlord approval before a quote is sent or work is booked. The system will hold the job at that stage and notify the landlord to approve.

How are invoices sent to the right person?

You set the billing contact for each job or property. Tradejoy sends the invoice to that contact automatically when the job is complete and payment is due.
