Do I need a Stripe account?
Yes. Tradejoy uses Stripe Connect to process payments. You connect your Stripe account during onboarding — it takes about five minutes. If you don't have a Stripe account yet, you can create one as part of setup.
When does the money reach me?
Stripe typically pays out to your bank account within 2 business days of a payment being made. Your exact payout schedule depends on your Stripe account settings.
What's the processing fee?
Stripe charges a standard processing fee per transaction. Tradejoy's fee is charged on top as a percentage of the job value — see our pricing page for the current rate.
