What is the public job link?

The public job link is the customer-facing page for a specific job. It can show the current job details, quote, payment step, invoice, receipt, tracking, and completion proof as the job moves forward.

Tradejoy does not need separate customer-facing quote, pay, invoice, receipt, tracking, or report links for the same job. Those actions should live behind the same job page as the state changes.
